Homeschool Cooperative

Homeschoolers in 2nd thru 12th grade, who are located in and around San Diego County, are welcome to join our home-based, parent-led Cooperative (co-op).

Co-op students are not required to join our PSP; it is completely separate and led by parents. Co-op does not take the place of the parents responsibility or authority in their child's education. The sole purpose of Willow Ridge's Co-op is to enrich the student and assist the parent with subjects they may not necessarily wish to teach. Co-op offers fellowship opportunities for parents and students alike. 

Willow Ridge's Co-op is an environment for learning to love all the subjects God has designed. Students are encouraged to register for all classes in order to cultivate strong friendships and community. If families do not wish to register for all classes, it is highly recommended that you register for classes back-to-back as there are no study hall periods available.

Course information (description, prerequisites, curriculum, fees, etc) are available for viewing and registrations starts in February of the current school year.

We meet every Monday starting after Labor Day and ending prior to Memorial Day, with the exception of holiday's. (approx. 30 weeks)

Our current co-op students and families choose the subjects and curriculum companies for the following school year. This allows students to truly enjoy the subjects of study.

*Typically, classes range from $250-$450 in order to reimburse our parent volunteers for all your supplies; that's right, we buy everything you need! Classes that exceed this range require several high quality additional supplies and/or laboratory items for hands-on learning. All class fees include a private co-op portal where students can access all their assignments, grades, links to websites & videos that will enhance their learning experience, and access to sign up for special school trips and field trips. We also desire our volunteers to not cover any of the expenses as they have in years past. 

**A non-refundable deposit is required in order to purchase some of the curriculum in advance. This deposit also guarantees your student(s) seat. Space is limited to 10 Middle + High School Students and 5 Elementary Students in order to cultivate a love of learning in a home-based environment. Deposit is not an extra charge, therefore your account balance will reflect this payment.

***You will not submit a payment until your registration is reviewed and accepted. An invoice will be emailed to you with payment options, details and requirements.

Our group meets at a home in Del Mar, California and the address is kept private until new family registrations are reviewed and approved. All co-op families are required to sign a Waiver of Liability agreement for the home owner.
